Ship art (within reason)
I WON’T Draw
NSFW, rule 34
Aggressive gore
Copying other artists styles
Hateful art
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Payment
Payment will be asked for once we agree to a price. If it is a physical commission, shipping prices will be added on top of the original price. The client may pay half of the commission price before I start, and pay the other half any time before I send the file. Other than that, all payment must be given up front. I can take both Venmo and PayPal. With PayPal, all transactions must be under the “business” payment.
I do not give refunds once I start the commission.
Usage rights
If you are planning on using my art for commercial reasons, please tell me exactly what you are planning to use it for, even if it is still a concept and may not come to fruition.
As the client, you have the rights to create both personal and commercial products with my art, as long as you have asked me first. You do NOT have the right to use my art for NFTs or to feed AI algorithms. It is extremely insulting to me as an artist.
